Where are my images stored?
- PM&I
avoids propriatry formats when ever posible. Our software is designed
to store images as CCITT Group 4 compressed TIFF images, the defacto
standard for document imaging.
- Tiff
files can be opened in most image editors, including Kodak Imaging
for Windows. (Included with Windows™ 95,98,ME, NT 4.0, and
2000)
See
the online users guide for more information. |

Where is my indexing information stored?
- The
indexing is what allows you to search your images. Precision stores
your indexing information in a Microsoft Access 97™ database.
Your indexing can be viewed outside of our software with any version
of Microsoft Access™ including 97,2000, XP, and 2003.
