How do
I register my software?
Why
do I have to register my software?
DataBridge2 must be registered before you can use it. This registration is
a part of our annual maintenance agreement, which gives you tech support and
free software upgrades. When your maintenance agreement is renewed, you will
receive a new registration code for each registered PC. We license in this manner
because of licensing fees we pay annually for third-party components used in
this software. We offer technical support 8-5pm CST Monday through Friday and
offer technical support via email 365 days a year with a guaranteed reply within
24 hours.
Before you register you will need to be near a telephone with pen and paper
handy.
- Start DataBridge2 on the system you want to register.
- When you are asked if you would like to register your software, click YES.
- At the registration screen, you will be given an 8-digit computer identification
number. Write this code down.
- Call 1-800-275-3150 and ask for software support.
- The operator will take down your information, and give you a registration
code.
- Enter that code at the registration screen (see figure 20), along with
your name and the company name, and click Ok.
- DataBridge2 is now registered and ready to use.
We do offer site licensing that removes the need for a registration code. Call
us at the above number or send an e-mail to sales@imagescan.com
for more information.

DataBridge2 will alert you when your code has expired.
